• Implementation Services: Implementing software is a process of defining and enabling the business hierarchy, identifying types of users, creating the profiles associated with access, training the various levels of users to understand their role and how to accomplish it within the software architecture.

• Integration Services: Patriot Software™ is built using J2EE open-architecture. Cross platform collaboration is achieved using XML. Patriot Software™ can merge data and real-time events from other corporate systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning, Supply Chain Management, and B2B platforms, with regulatory, corporate, and commercial EHS/Risk data, to create a singular planning and decision support environment.

• Customization Services: No software can predict and incorporate all the needs of every customer. In recognizing this, SMC and its partners will, and do work with customers to incorporate content and functionality specifically designed to meet their needs and objectives.
